Onboarding is a process that helps new employees to be integrated into an organization. It typically involves several key elements, including employment agreements, onboarding forms, and payroll. By linking the onboarding process to these elements, organizations can streamline their new hire process and ensure that all necessary information is collected and stored in a centralized location. BlueOcean users can track the status of each process, as well as filter and sort the list of onboarding employees.

Go to the left navigation bar and select Onboardings
Click Onboardings

A list of workers who are in the onboarding process will be displayed as shown below. These are the workers you have submitted to GoGlobal via the Employment Agreement Intake form link.

When you submit a worker via the GoGlobal Employment Agreement Intake form, the GoGlobal onboarding team will be notified via email and start to take action on it. The system will reflect the onboarding status of a worker during the onboarding process.
