Every month GoGlobal will send an email notification to you with the link to:
You can click on “View Invoice” in the email to open the invoice or you can log in to BlueOcean to get the details

Click on View Invoice shown in the email and you will be directed to the below page:

You can click on Download PDF to download a copy of the invoice to your own device:

If there is more than one invoice issued to you within a month, click on Invoice Period History and then select which invoice you would like to view:

If you would like to access the breakdown report, click View Breakdown and then log in to view the details. Once you log in, you will see the following page.

In the breakdown page, it shows the details of a pivot view of all workers who are included in the invoice. It includes:

All costs at a worker level: this includes total income, expense reimbursement, any net payment, employer contribution, and any other GoGlobal fee (monthly service fee, off-cycle fee, etc). If you have more than one worker with us, they will all show up in the breakdown report:

If you scroll from left to right on the page, you can also see the pivot view of the GoGlobal fee charged on a worker level:

All costs at a company level. This includes bank transfer fees, late payment fees, etc.

You can also click Export to Excel to download the breakdown report as an Excel file.

If you haven’t logged into the BlueOcean platform, please log in via the login page:

Click on Client Billing in the left navigation bar and then Invoice. You can see a list of invoices on the screen arranged by descending order of the creation date. The latest invoice is always on top.

You can click on the View button to open an invoice:
